All Boxes ship on the 15th of every month. Here is how the flow of the boxes work:
- We pack and ship on the 15th of every month
- We schedule USPS to come pick up the packages the next business day
- At this point, everything to do with shipping is out of our hands EXCEPT for asking USPS questions
- USPS picks up the packages from our building along with the rest of the building that we are in
- In 1-3 business days depending on how fast USPS is moving, your tracking will update.
- If you tracking does not update, let us know so we can reach out to our rep and see if they can figure out what is going on
- Once your package is scanned in, it will keep updating as it moves along.
Things that can happen:
- Sometimes, packages will be scanned into the USPS in St. Petersburg, and never update tracking and then just show up.
- We don't know why this happens but for some reason, it does.
- You package may never get scanned in.
- With how many packages get picked up from our building and the rest of St. Petersburg, this could happen. If this happens, please reach out to us so we can work with our Rep at USPS
- Your package gets scanned into the USPS in St. Petersburg and then that's it
- We don't know why this happens but it does. When this happens, contact your local USPS and start a missing item search. Let us know you did as well so we can also launch a search with our USPS
